Ingredients

1/4 cup shaved or rough chopped semi-sweet chocolate bars

1/4 cup fresh Bing cherries, halved and pitted fresh or well drained canned , or use another type of pitted sweet cherry, black or red.

Vanilla or Cherry ice cream

optional nuts: toasted pecans

Directions

Mix the chocolate and cherries together.

Increase quantities as desired for the amount of ice cream its to be mixed into.

Blend mixture into partially softened ice cream and freeze solid again

Note: add in your options such as chopped toasted nuts, mini marshmallows etc
