How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Arrange olives on long side of steak. Begin to roll steak around olives. Tie roll firmly. Flour the outside
  • Brown in butter on all sides in roaster. Place mushromms and onions in roaster and sprinkle all with pepper and paprika. Add red wine
  • Roast meat and vegetables for 2 hours. Serve hot.

I know I'm gonna try this...still hoping that one day Bryan will either just give in and learn that olives really needs to be one of his faves, or, just pretend he loves them as much as I do...rofl!
