Green Chili Egg Puffs

Great dish for brunch.
Ingredients
- 10 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 4 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese shopping list
- 1-4 oz. can chopped green chilies shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- In large mixing bowl, beat eggs on medium high until light and lemon colored
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in another mixing bowl
- Add to eggs slowly while beating until combined
- Stir in cheeses and chilies
- Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish
- Bake, uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
- Cool for 5 minutes then cut into squares
