Ingredients
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 1-4 oz. can chopped green chilies

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs on medium high until light and lemon colored
  3. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in another mixing bowl
  4. Add to eggs slowly while beating until combined
  5. Stir in cheeses and chilies
  6. Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish
  7. Bake, uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
  8. Cool for 5 minutes then cut into squares
