This delicious dessert can be served alone as a dessert or it can be used to layer a beautiful trifle. Its from the Southern Lady Magazine..
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate flavored liqueur shopping list
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries shopping list
- 1 cup chopped meringue cookies shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped white chocolate shopping list
- Garnish with fresh strawberris, white chocolate curls, meringue cookies shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, beat cream at high speed until soft peaks form.
- Add confectioners sugar and white chocolate liqueur; beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in strawberries, meringue cookies, and white chocolate.
- Garnish with fresh sliced berries, chocolate curls and meringue cookies, if desired.
