How to make it

  • DIR
  • Sprinkle pork chops with flour, salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in large skillet.
  • Brown chops on both sides, about 5 minutes total.
  • Layer with onions in slow cooker.
  • Pour grapefruit juice over all.
  • Cover & cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours, or until meat is tender and registers 155*F on meat thermometer.
  • Meanwhile, make the salsa:
  • In medium sized bowl, comb ine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover & chill until pork chops are ready.
