Day Old Fried Rice Recipe

Day Old Fried Rice Recipe
This is a side dish that you may like as a maindish as well. It is good, salty comfort food from the kitchen of my late Philipino/Hawaiin Stepdad. Serves however many people you want to serve.

Prep time isn't 24m, it's 24 hrs!

Just a note -- you can't make decent fried rice without day-old rice, and best if it's cold.
