How to make it

  • Place potatoes, green beans and carrots into boiling salted water.
  • Cover and cook 5 minutes then remove vegetables and rinse.
  • Sauté chilies and onion in oil until soft but not brown.
  • Add ginger, garlic, salt and pepper then sauté 5 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients then stir well and cook over medium heat until veggies are tender.

    Sounds yummy. The only thing I would leave out is the chilies, but that's just because I don't care for them.
