Caesar Chicken Pasta Recipe
The original recipe is compliments of MarieAlice on Recipezaar. I have tweaked it a little to suit our family 's tastes. Everyone LOVED it! double recipe for a 9 x 13 dish if you want seconds!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups uncooked, dry penne pasta
  • 3 cups lemon-pepper seasoned cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup low-fat creamy caesar salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup green onion, choppped
  • 1/3 cup red pepper, finely chopped
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups caesar -flavor croutons, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except croutons and parmesan cheese in large bowl.
  4. Add cooked pasta, mix well.
  5. Spoon mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish.
  6. Top with crumbled croutons and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and golden brown on top.

Good idea, I never thought to combine the flavors of a ceaser salad with pasta, seems like the tastes would work perfectly together
