Pumpkin Cobbler

Oh my gosh is this every good, serve it with some cool whip or vanilla Ice Cream.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 15-oz can pumpkin shopping list
- 12-oz can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 18 1/2 oz pkg yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup margarine, melted shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Mix the first eight ingredients together. Pour into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top.
- Drizzle with the margarine.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Top with the nuts. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
