Absolutely Apricot Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb loaf :-

.

3/4 cup water

2 cups White Bread Flour

1 Tblspn dry milk powder

1 tsp salt

1 Tblspn butter

3 Tblspns apricot jam

1/2 cup diced dried apricots

1 tsp fast rise yeast

2 lb loaf :-

.

1 1/4 cups water

3 cups white bread flour

2 Tblspns dry milk powder

1 1/2 tsp salt

2 Tblspns butter

1/4 cup apricot jam

3/4 cup diced dried apricots

2 tsp fast rise yeast

Directions

Place water in a microwave safe container & add butter

Heat until butter has melted

Pour into bread machine pan & stir in the apricot jam

Allow to cool to luke warm

Stir the dry milk & the salt into the flour until well mixed

Add diced apricots to the flour mixture & mix well until the apricot pieces are separated throughout the flour

Add on top of the water in the bread machine pan

Make a well in the center & add the yeast

Set your machine for white bread & light or medium crust

Turn on machine.

NOTE:- Use a jam that has high content of fruit.

Although this recipe was created for the machine I'm sure it would turn out just as good by hand
