Absolutely Apricot Bread Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place water in a microwave safe container & add butter
  • Heat until butter has melted
  • Pour into bread machine pan & stir in the apricot jam
  • Allow to cool to luke warm
  • Stir the dry milk & the salt into the flour until well mixed
  • Add diced apricots to the flour mixture & mix well until the apricot pieces are separated throughout the flour
  • Add on top of the water in the bread machine pan
  • Make a well in the center & add the yeast
  • Set your machine for white bread & light or medium crust
  • Turn on machine.
  • .
  • NOTE:- Use a jam that has high content of fruit.
  • Although this recipe was created for the machine I'm sure it would turn out just as good by hand
