Absolutely Apricot Bread

- 1 1/2 lb loaf :- shopping list

- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 2 cups white bread flour shopping list
- 1 Tblspn dry milk powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 Tblspn butter shopping list
- 3 Tblspns apricot jam shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced dried apricots shopping list
- 1 tsp fast rise yeast shopping list

- 2 lb loaf :- shopping list

- 1 1/4 cups water shopping list
- 3 cups white bread flour shopping list
- 2 Tblspns dry milk powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 Tblspns butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup apricot jam shopping list
- 3/4 cup diced dried apricots shopping list
- 2 tsp fast rise yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Place water in a microwave safe container & add butter
- Heat until butter has melted
- Pour into bread machine pan & stir in the apricot jam
- Allow to cool to luke warm
- Stir the dry milk & the salt into the flour until well mixed
- Add diced apricots to the flour mixture & mix well until the apricot pieces are separated throughout the flour
- Add on top of the water in the bread machine pan
- Make a well in the center & add the yeast
- Set your machine for white bread & light or medium crust
- Turn on machine.

- NOTE:- Use a jam that has high content of fruit.
- Although this recipe was created for the machine I'm sure it would turn out just as good by hand
