These are as yummy as they are sticky.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3-4 lbs. chicken wings
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- Sticky Finger Sauce
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 2/3 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
- In resealable plastic bag, add flour, salt and pepper and combine
- Add chicken, a few pieces at a time and coat
- Heat oil in large skillet
- Brown chicken and drain on paper towel
- Drain drippings and return chicken to pan
- In mixing bowl, add all sauce ingredients
- Pour over chicken
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 35-40 minutes
- Put plenty of napkins on the table

This is such a unique flavor combination! There is a slight hint of sweetness and a nice tanginess, followed by the lovely clove flavor! And I love the dark color of these wings when they are done cooking! These are the darkest wings I've ever seen...as you can see in my completed photo! Try these wings, especially if your looking for a change of pace from the same old wings!
