Turkey Bleu Cheese Meatloaf Recipe

Came up with this trying to use up some bleu cheese.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped, use some greens
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 teas. salt
  • 1/2 teas. pepper
  • 1 t. minced garlic
  • 1/2 teas. thyme
  • 3/4 c. or less ( depending on taste)bleu cheese

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in sprayed with Pam loaf pan.
  2. bake at 350 for 45 minutes or til completely cooked thru.

I really like burgers and meatloaf made with ground turkey. This sounds delicious. Just one thing, 3/4 c. or less, is this the blue cheese? I'm guessing since it's not listed above that it is. Thanks for the post. High 5
