A delicious beef jerky recipe from Armageddon Jerky Co. Sweet with a side order of Sassy! Makes enough for 4-5 pounds of fresh meat.

Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Soy
  • 3 Quarter Cup Frank’s
  • 1 Quarter Cup Hot Water (Add This Last to Loosen up the Honey)
  • 1 Quarter Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Quarter Cup Worcestershire
  • 2 Cups Honey
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Habenero Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Cinnamin Stick
  • 5 Allspice Berries (Crushed)
  • 1 Half Cup Chopped Fresh Garlic

Directions
  1. Mix everything together until salt and sugar are dissolved.
  2. Marinate meat for 24 hours.
