Ingredients

1 english muffin, split

2 slices of pineapple

2 heaping tbs mayonnaise

1/4 cup chopped green peppers

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/8 tsp chili powder (optional)

2 pinches pepper

1/4 tsp sesame seeds

4-6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

On a cookie sheet place english muffin halves and top each halve with a slice of pineapple.

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, green peppers, cheese, and chili powder.

Spoon mixture evenly onto muffin halves and then sprinkle on the pepper and sesame seeds. Cover each halve with crumbled bacon.

Place in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
