Sopa De Tea - Peruvian

- 8 slices of bread shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of butter shopping list
- 4 tablespoons of sugar shopping list
- Powdered cinnamon, to one’s taste shopping list
- Powdered cloves, to one’s taste shopping list
- 2 strong cups of tea shopping list
- 4 cups of milk shopping list
How to make it
- Spread butter on the bread and put the slices at the bottom of little soup tureens or big cups (two in each one).
- Sprinkle sugar, powdered cinnamon and cloves and pour half cup of tea and one of milk (both almost boiling).
- That’s all.
- If you want, you can toast the bread in a frying pan, sprinkle them with sugar or cut them in circles.

this brings back memories... my Great Grandmother did something like this but with coffee...I was young and i can't quite remember what she did but it was good.. ^5 thank you..

This brings back memories to me as well. My Mom placed toast rounds that had been buttered and sprinkled with a cinnamon sugar blend. Ohhhhhh, it was soooooooooo good. Haven't had it in ages. You've got my 5 forks!!!
