Crab Cakes

This is the easiest, tastiest crab cake recipe I've come across. Not too salty or bland ... not too dry or soggy. Just the proper balance. Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise shopping list
- 2-1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning blend shopping list
- 1-1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs shopping list
- 3 Tbl. fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1 lb. crab meat shopping list
- flour for dusting shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil to 350*.
- In a medium bowl, combine yolk, mayo., Worcetershire sauce, lemon juice and all dry seasonings.
- Fold in bread crumbs and parsley.
- Gently fold in crab meat.
- Form into individual cakes and lightly dust with flour.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
