Philadelphia Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mash sweet potatoes
  • stir in peanutbutter
  • Mix juice, sugar and salt and add to potatoes
  • Place in a lightly greased 9 inch pie pan
  • Bake 20 to 25 mins in a 350 F oven
  • Top with marshmallows and bake just to melt marshmallows

    I would NEVER have thought to add peanut butter to sweet potatoes! Down here, we always use pecans. I will try it next time...thanks
