Gluten free Power Bread

- 1 1/2 cup brown rice flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup almond flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup quinoa flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup chia flour shopping list
- 2 1/2 teaspoons xanthan or guar gum shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon yeast shopping list
- 2 room temp eggs (beaten) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons oil shopping list
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups warm water shopping list
- 2 shakes cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water and honey
- Place all other dry ingredients into mixing bowl, mix on low for a minute
- add beaten eggs and yeast mixture beat on medium speed for 4 minutes
- you may need to add the last 1/4 cup of warm water if the mixture is dry.
- Put dough in greased loaf pan shape loaf with rubber spatula dipped in warm water. Let rise till for about an hour. Put into cold oven turn on to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until center is 200 degrees on internal thermometer. Cool and slice. Enjoy!
