Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

Easy to make spicy appetizers
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork sausage( I like to use hot) shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup shredded 4 blend cheese or Mexican blend cheese shopping list
- 1 pound large fresh jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded shopping list
- ranch dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat, until evenly brown. Drain
- In a bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese and shredded cheese
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon sausage mixture into each jalapeno half
- Arrange stuffed halves in baking dishes
- Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned
- Serve with Ranch dressing
