Dill Fingerling Potatoes

- 2 Tbs unsalted butter shopping list
- 11/4lbs fingerling potatoes,rinsed but not peeled shopping list
- 1 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 11/2 Tbs fresh chopped dill shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in dutch oven or largr heavy bottomed pot. Add whole potatoes,salt and pepper;toss well. Cover pot tightly and cook over low heat 20 to 30 mins till potatoes are just tender when pierced with a small knife. From time to time,shake the pot to keep potatoes from burning. Turn off heat,allow potatoes to steam 5 mins more. Don't overcook. Toss with dill,serve hot.
