Shrimp Cocktail Crescent Snacks Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 8 ounces small cooked salad shrimp (or two cans drained and rinsed)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions
  1. Combine 1 tablesooon melted butter, horseradish, ketchup, lemon juice and shirmp.
  2. Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
  3. Cut each triangle in half, forming 16 triangles.
  4. Place a rounded teaspoon shrimp mixture in center of each triangle.
  5. Fold short ends over filling. Fold long end over all.
  6. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Brush with remaining butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  8. (Can be covered and refrigerated up to two hours at this point.)
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

I had a can of shrimp and a can of crab, so I made half with shrimp and half with crab. Very good!
