Kielbasa in Beer Sauce

- 2 pounds kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices shopping list
- 1 cup beer (the cook gets to drink the rest) shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup prepared yellow or Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish shopping list
How to make it
- In large skillet, combine sausage slices and beer. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- In small bowl, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. WHisk in vinegar, mustard and horseradish.
- Add to skillet and cook, stirring, until bubbly and thickened.
- Transfer to serving dish.
