Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large skillet, combine sausage slices and beer. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  • In small bowl, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. WHisk in vinegar, mustard and horseradish.
  • Add to skillet and cook, stirring, until bubbly and thickened.
  • Transfer to serving dish.
