Kielbasa In Beer Sauce Recipe
This always goes fast on my appetizer table. Quick and easy too.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
  • 1 cup beer (the cook gets to drink the rest)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup prepared yellow or Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Directions
  1. In large skillet, combine sausage slices and beer. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  2. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. WHisk in vinegar, mustard and horseradish.
  3. Add to skillet and cook, stirring, until bubbly and thickened.
  4. Transfer to serving dish.
