This is a frozen treat that is simply simple and wonderful on a hot summer day!

Ingredients
- 1 can pet milk (large)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbs lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (homemade is best)
Directions
- Empty pet milk into METAL bowl, put mixer beaters into bowl, freeze for approximately one hour, until begins to freeze around the edges.
- Beat w/cold beaters and gradually add 1 cup sugar
- Add lemon juice
- fold in lemon zest
- layer in baking dish with graham cracker crumbs, freeze until semi-solid or solid
