This is a frozen treat that is simply simple and wonderful on a hot summer day!

Ingredients
  • 1 can pet milk (large)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbs lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (homemade is best)

Directions
  1. Empty pet milk into METAL bowl, put mixer beaters into bowl, freeze for approximately one hour, until begins to freeze around the edges.
  2. Beat w/cold beaters and gradually add 1 cup sugar
  3. Add lemon juice
  4. fold in lemon zest
  5. layer in baking dish with graham cracker crumbs, freeze until semi-solid or solid
