This is one of my most requested dishes & the funny part is that it is one of the easiest to make! Tart apples combine with cream cheese, cool whip & Snickers for a nice treat.

- 8 granny smith apples, cut into pieces (toss in some lemon juice to keep from browning)
- 1 bag mini Snickers or 6 large Snickers bars, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz cool whip, thawed
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth & then mix in cool whip.
- Toss w/apples & snickers. Chill until ready to serve.

I also make this salad and can attest to its absolute addictive quality! So simple, so few ingredients, and the bowl is always licked clean - you can't go wrong with this one!!
