CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE BALL Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream cheese, brown sugar, butter and vanilla together
  • Stir in Chocolate chips and powdered sugar
  • Refrigerate for 2 1/2 hours
  • Roll into ball then roll in pecans and refrigerate for another hour
  • Serve with cookies of your choice.

    What a great idea. This would be welcome at any gatherings I have. Hopefully, I will try this out before summer ends. I will have to skip rolling it in nuts (due to allergies) but maybe I can just roll it in more chocolate chips. Yummy!

    I purchased a "ready-made" chocolate chip cheeseball mix from one of those "home party" places. Your recipe sounds sooooooo much better - will try this one for sure! And I love Aimee's idea of serving it with Chocolate Martinis...sinfully delicious!!!!!!!!!
