Barbecued Ham Sandwiches Recipe
BARBECUED HAM SANDWICHES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Greene Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1991.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds chipped ham
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 15 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Directions
  1. Slice chipped ham into strips then set aside.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in large saucepan and cook 20 minutes stirring often.
  3. Add ham and cook 20 minutes more then serve with tongs onto hamburger buns.
