Cheaters Louisiana Rice Dressing

I swear this stuff does tastes like some boudin I've had. My aunt gave me this recipe. I was shocked to know she would make something like this since she is an awsome 100% cajun cooker. Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 can French onion soup shopping list
- 1 large bell pepper, diced shopping list
- 1-2 hot peppers, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 cup chopped green onion shopping list
- parsley to taste shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked rice shopping list
- 1 pound lean ground beef, raw shopping list
- 1/2 pound ground pork, raw shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan or casserole dish.
- Don't brown the meat first, it'll cook with the rice.
- Cover and bake at 400 degrees for about an hour.
- You can stir it midway through cooking but it's not needed, I just can't leave anything alone.

Monique, I made this for dinner night before last, and it is fantastic! My hubby and I both loved it...I think it would be awesome in stuffed peppers too! Or in a layered enchilada type dish...possibilities are endless...thanks again!
