Loaded Red Potato Casserole

- 16 small red potatoes shopping list
- 1/2c milk shopping list
- 1/4c butter,cubed shopping list
- 1/2tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/8tsp salt shopping list
- 11/2c (6oz) shredded cheddar cheese,divided shopping list
- 1/2c crumbled cooked bacon shopping list
- 1c (8oz) sour cream shopping list
- 2Tbs minced chives shopping list
How to make it
- Place potatoes in a Dutch oven and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat;cover and cook for 15 to 20 mins or till tender. Drain
- Mash potatoes with the milk,butter,pepper and salt. Transfer to a greased 13x9" baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese and bacon.
- Dollut with sour cream;sprinkle with chives and remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 to 25 mins. or till chesse is melted.
