Ingredients

1 box yellow butter cake mix

1 box instant vanilla pudding

1/2 canola oil

1c sour cream

4 eggs

mix of cinnamon and sugar

Directions

Mix dry mixes;add oil and sour cream and blend together.Add eggs,one at a time, Sprinkle bundt pan with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Add batter and sprinkle to with cinnamon/sugar.

Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins. Let cool in pan 10 mins. Turn out,sprinkle cake again with cinnamon/sugar.

Sounds good! I'd be tempted to pour in half of the batter and then add some thinly sliced apples, some more cinnamon sugar and then the remaining batter...but that's me I love apples in just about anything!
