Creamy Cucumber Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 C real mayonnaise

1/2 C sour cream

2 T fresh chives or green onion

1 cucumber

2 T milk

1 t dill weed

Directions

Finely chop chives or green onion

Peel & seed cucumber

Finely chop cucumber to measure 3/4 cup

Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream & chives or onion

Add cucumber

Stir in milk if needed to thin mixture

Add dill to taste

Chill

Serve over fresh green salad or use as shrimp dip
