- 1/2 C real mayonnaise
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 T fresh chives or green onion
- 1 cucumber
- 2 T milk
- 1 t dill weed

Ingredients

1/2 C real mayonnaise shopping list
1/2 C sour cream shopping list
2 T fresh chives or green onion shopping list
1 cucumber shopping list
2 T milk shopping list
1 t dill weed shopping list

How to make it

Finely chop chives or green onion
Peel & seed cucumber
Finely chop cucumber to measure 3/4 cup
Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream & chives or onion
Add cucumber
Stir in milk if needed to thin mixture
Add dill to taste
Chill
Serve over fresh green salad or use as shrimp dip

I have been looking for this recipe ever since I had a salad at Black Angus with cucumber dressing. This is by far the most delicious recipe and I will be making it often and using it on everything I would normally use mayo or dressing on. Thanks for providing this recipe. It's fantastic!!! I also added a dash of cayenne pepper and it worked fine.

I made a double batch of this yesterday. I tasted it at about midnight and again at about 8AM. I tasted it again at 11:30. I just wanted to be sure, that it really was that good. It really is that good.
