Strawberry Margarita Parfaits

This recipe came from Pillsbury & it's OH so good
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2 Tblspns orange juice shopping list
- 1 tsp unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1 Tblspn tequila shopping list
- 1 Tblspn orange flavored liqueur shopping list
- 2 tsp grated lime peel shopping list
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk ( not evaporated) shopping list
- 1/2 pint (1 cup) whipping cream - whipped shopping list
- 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan, mix lime juice & orange juice
- Sprinkle gelatin over top & let sit for 2 mins to soften
- Heat over low heat, stirring often, until clear & gelatin is dissolved
- Cool 5 mins
- Add tequila, liqueur, lime peel & condensed milk to gelatin mixture & mix well
- Fold in whipped cream
- Divide 1/3 of the strawberries among the 6 individual parfait glasses.
- Top with half of the tequila mixture
- Top with half of the remaining strawberries & the remaining tequila mixture
- Top with the remaining strawberries
- Cover the glasses with plastic wrap & refrigerate for at least 2 hrs before serving
