Tiramisu Bowl

- 9 eggs, fresh uncracked, clean shopping list
- 9 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 2 lbs marscapone cheese ( no substitutes ) shopping list
- 48 Italian ladyfingers (Saviordi ),approx shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups brewed expresso, shopping list
- 2 Tbs rum shopping list
- Bittersweet grated chocolate shopping list
- strawberries, optional garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Beat yolks with sugar until thick and lemon colored, then beat in the cheese until smooth.
- Beat whites till soft beaks and gently fold and blend into cheese mixture
- Combine cold expresso with rum
- Dip ( do not soak! ) ladyfingers quickly into liquid and shake off excess.
- Llayer in a glass bowl or pan, carefully spread on some cheese mixture, add some grated chhcolate and repeat layers ending with cheese mixture and lastly more grated chocolate.
- Chill ovenight in coldest part of refrigerator.
- Garnish with plain or chocolate dipped strawberries if desired.
- Refrigerate uneaten portions
- Will keep up to three days well chilled, after that the ladyfingers may get too soggy
- But I guess, there won't be any left to worry about that :)
