Ingredients

1 bottle (750 ml) vodka... preferably Swedish

1 cup fresh unpitted cherries,,, morello if you can find them

2 cinnamon sticks

Directions

combine the vodka, cherries and cinnamon in a large wide mouth jar

cover and refrigerate for at least 4 days

or up to 1 month

use the cherries for another recipe...such as a cake or over ice cream

serve cold in small glasses
