If you like tacos you'll love these burgers! These burgers are served on club rolls and topped with your favorite taco toppings.

Ingredients
  • 2lbs ground beef
  • homemade taco seasoning(i used taco seasoning 1 from allrecipes.com )
  • 1 egg
  • 6 fresh club rolls
  • taco toppings of your choice(lettuce, cheese, tomatoes etc)

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl mix ground beef, taco seasoning and egg.
  2. Form into 6 patties shaped to fit on the club rolls
  3. preheat grill to 400
  4. grill burgers 30 mins or until done to your liking
  5. place on club rolls and top with your favorite taco toppings.

Instead of a patty (crumbled gr. beef) I just use the meat from the taco and throw it on a bun with the toppings.
