How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, blend ricotta,cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth
  • Stir in chocolate chips
  • Fold in whipped cream
  • Cover and chill
  • Just before serving,divide cream filling evenly among 10 crepes; spread over crepes leaving 1/4inch border
  • Sprinkle about 1/3 cup of the strawberries over half of each crepe
  • Starting on half with strawberries, roll up crepes jellyroll style
  • Place on serving plate
  • Top with remaining strawberries and dust with powdered sugar if desired
