Potato Sour Cream Delight

POTATO SOUR CREAM DELIGHT This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Henry Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1980.
Ingredients
- 9 large potatoes shopping list
- 8 ounce package cream cheese shopping list
- 8 ounce carton sour cream shopping list
- 2 teaspoons onion salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
How to make it
- Cook mash and whip potatoes then add remaining ingredients and put into greased dish.
- Dot with butter and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
