How to make it

  • Place baby salad greens in large, low salad bowl or plate. Arrange pear slices on top. Scatter with candied nuts and blue cheese.
  • Combine oil, vinegar, mustard and maple syrup. Whisk thoroughly and lightly dress salad. Pass remaining dressing when serving salad.

    This is one of our favorite salad combinations - the flavors are so good the dijon in the dressing. Mine doesn't have maple syrup in it (just regular sugar), but I will definitely be trying it your way - thanks!
