How to make it

  • Set oven rack to center position and heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Lightly oil a standaerd 9x5 pan {Loaf pan}
  • Whisk together Floursbaking powder baking soda cinnamon,salt,nutmeg in medium bowl
  • Set aside.
  • Using fork mash bannanas in large bowl till creamy work butter into bannannas with fork till well blended,stir in maple syrup,lemon juice vanilla and nuts.
  • Using rubber spatula fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients untill just combined DONOT overmix its fine if a few streaks of flour remain in batter scrape batter into prepared Loaf pan gently smooth top with spatula
  • Bake bread for 1 hour or untill toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean cool in pan 30 minutes invert onto wire rack cool completely
