Corn Tortilla Chicken Lasagna

- 36 corn tortillas(6") shopping list
- 6 c cubed cooked chicken breast shopping list
- 2 cans(one 28 oz.,one 16 oz)kidney beans,rinsed and drained shopping list
- 3 jars (16 oz .ea.)salsa shopping list
- 3 c (24 oz.) sour cream shopping list
- 3 lg. green peppers,chopped shopping list
- 3 cans(3.8 oz. ea.) sliced ripe olives,drained shopping list
- 3 c(12 oz.) shredded Monteray Jack cheese shopping list
- 3 c(12oz) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In each of 2 greased 13x9" bakng dishes,arrange 6 tortillas. Top each with 1c chicken,2/3c kidney beans,1c salsa,1/2c sour cream,1/2c green peppers,about 1/3c olives,1/2c Monteray Jack cheese and 1/2c cheddar cheese.Repeat layers twice.
- cover and bake at 350 for 25 mins. Uncover,bake 10-15 mins more or till cheese is melted. Let stand 10 mins before serving.
