Simply Fried Morels

- Serves 6
Simple and brings out all the taste of the Morel and nothing else.
Ingredients
- Morel mushrooms (cut in half and cleaned) shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- salt to tate shopping list
- canola oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- After mushrooms are cleaned
- Heat canola oil in pan til hot
- dredge Morels in flour, shaking off excess
- Fry until golden on each side
- Salt to tatse while hot
- Enjoy!
