Peanut Sesame Noodles

Great with Teriyaki Chicken...From Gourmet Magazine
Ingredients
- Dressing shopping list
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup warm water shopping list
- 2 tbls. ginger, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 2 tbls. red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbls. sesame oil shopping list
- 2 tsp. honey shopping list
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes shopping list
- pasta shopping list
- 3/4 lb. spaghetti or linguine shopping list
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned shopping list
- 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned shopping list
- 3 tbls. sesame seeds, toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Puree dressing ingredients in blender until smooth
- Pour into large mixing bowl
- Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
- Add pasta, scallions, peppers and sesame seeds to dressing and toss to combine
- Do not add all ingredients until ready to serve~~~This has to be served immediately~~~
