Fabulous Pizza Crust Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups all purpose flour

1 package dry yeast (not Rapid)

1-1/4 cups warm water

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon salt

Directions

In mixer bowl with paddle

Add flour, yeast, turn on low to mix gently

In measuring cup, mix remaining ingredients

Pour into flour, yeast mixture

With paddle, mix well, maybe 2 minutes on low

May add dough hook, but I find the paddle works well

Place dough in an olive oil greased bowl

Cover with wrap

Let rise for about 30 minutes

Roll out in pan with a pizza roller, OR roll out with rolling pin and place in pan

Add your favorite pizza ingredients

Favorites are a little pizza sauce, sausage, feta cheese, onion, Kalamata olives, mozzarella cheese, oregano leaves, Italian seasoning
