Grilled Cumin Chicken With Fresh Tomatillo Sauce

Bring the heat of the Southwest to the dinner table with this delicious grilled chicken. Cooking Light!
Ingredients
- 2tsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/2tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves,minced shopping list
- 4 skinless,boneless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1/2lb tomatillos shopping list
- 1/2c chicken broth shopping list
- 1/4c cilantro leaves shopping list
- 1/4c chopped green onion shopping list
- 2 tbs fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1/2tsp sugar shopping list
- 1/4tsp salt shopping list
- 1 garlic clove,chopped shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper,seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 4 ingredients in large bag. Add chicken,seal and let stand 15 mins.
- Discard husks and stems from tomatillos. Combine tomatillos and broth in small saucepan over med-high heat;cover and cook 8 mins. Drain;cool slightly.Combine tomatillos,cilantro and next 6 ingredients(through jalapenos) in food processor. Process till smooth.
- Remove chicken from bag;discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken evenly with 1/4tsp salt. Place on grill rack coated with spray;grill 6 mins. each side or till chicken is done. Serve with tomatillo sauce.
