Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute the chopped onions in some hot oil.
  • Add the garlic and cook a minute or so
  • The coconut or peanut olive imparts good flavor.
  • Add and brown the hotdogs a bit ( or bacon )
  • Finally add the coarse chopped beeet greens and saute till wilted and tender.
  • This takes only a few minutes.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • serves 2 to 3
