Lemon Cream Cheese Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix with Pudding
  • 1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  1. Combine dry cake mix with 1/3 cup oil and 1 egg
  2. Mix until crumbly
  3. Reserve 1 cup and pat remaining mixture lightly in ungreased 13x9x2 inch cake pan
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon and 1 egg until light and smooth
  6. Spread over baked layer
  7. Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes more
  9. Cool and cut into bars (16-24)
