Texas Beef Fajitas

TEXAS BEEF FAJITAS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Dimmer Estate in Rockwall, Texas in 1994.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds skirt steak shopping list
- 1 stick margarine shopping list
- 4 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except steak together and bring to a boil in medium saucepan.
- Brush liberally on skirt steak before and during cooking.
- Let marinate 30 minutes prior to cooking.
- Cook over medium coals for 12 minutes on each side.
