Campbells Beef Taco Skillet Recipe
I got this off of a Campbell's soup can and it sounded good so I wanted to pass it along.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz) Campbell’s Tomato Soup
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 flour tortillas (6”) cut into 1” pieces
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Cook beef in 10” skillet until well browned, stirring to break up meat. Drain off fat.
  2. Stir in soup, salsa, water and tortillas.
  3. Heat to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 min. Stir.
  5. Top with cheese.

Sure does sound yummy! Love the addition of salsa here!


I make this all the time! It's really good. I add 1 tsp of chili powder and sub out rotell for the salsa. Kicks it up a bit.
