This cream based topping is great for drizzling on top of cookies or to eat with scones... its quick and simple to make....Another teatime recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. In medium microwaveable bowl, heat chocolate chips on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir until chips are melted.
  3. Whisk in cream and salt until completely blended.
  4. Drizzle over scones or cookies with a spoon or place small amount into resealable plastic bag.
  5. Cut small hole in corner to drizzle decoratively over scones or cookies.
