This cream based topping is great for drizzling on top of cookies or to eat with scones... its quick and simple to make....Another teatime recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- In medium microwaveable bowl, heat chocolate chips on high for 2 minutes.
- Stir until chips are melted.
- Whisk in cream and salt until completely blended.
- Drizzle over scones or cookies with a spoon or place small amount into resealable plastic bag.
- Cut small hole in corner to drizzle decoratively over scones or cookies.
