Beef Tenderloin With Horseradish Shallot And Mustard Butter

- 4 tenderloins of beef shopping list
- 3/4 stick butter, softened shopping list
- 3 tbls. prepared horseradish, drained shopping list
- 3 tbls. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Salt and pepper beef
- Cook over medium high heat on grill until desired doneness
- Add all other ingredients to mixing bowl and blend until well combined
- When serving, top steak with butter
