Ingredients
  • 4 tenderloins of beef
  • 3/4 stick butter, softened
  • 3 tbls. prepared horseradish, drained
  • 3 tbls. Dijon mustard
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Salt and pepper beef
  2. Cook over medium high heat on grill until desired doneness
  3. Add all other ingredients to mixing bowl and blend until well combined
  4. When serving, top steak with butter
