How to make it

  • Wash chicken breasts thoroughly
  • Punch holes in the chicken with a fork
  • Mix vinegar and 1/4 cup honey and coat the chicken (in a casserole dish)
  • Mix blackberries milk and sugar in a bowl with a fork (mashing berries)
  • Pour over chicken
  • Let chicken marinate in dish for 1 hour
  • Heat oven to 375
  • Drizzle 1/4 honey (what was left) over the chicken
  • Bake chicken for 45 minutes
  • Ready to serve

    I am going to attempt this tomorrow, I will try it on bed of rice with the sauce for a gravy and blackberry bavarian cream for dessert.

    Oh my YES! Blackberries are growing in abundance around my house and chicken's plentiful at the local supermarket...I'll have this within a week!
