This dish is sweet and succulent. Creates a vibrant and colorful addition to any plate... I prefer it with hot millenium mac and cheese (coming later).

Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
Directions
- Wash chicken breasts thoroughly
- Punch holes in the chicken with a fork
- Mix vinegar and 1/4 cup honey and coat the chicken (in a casserole dish)
- Mix blackberries milk and sugar in a bowl with a fork (mashing berries)
- Pour over chicken
- Let chicken marinate in dish for 1 hour
- Heat oven to 375
- Drizzle 1/4 honey (what was left) over the chicken
- Bake chicken for 45 minutes
- Ready to serve
